2022-08-01: Well-loved by Ottawa families in the Glebe since 1981, we’re a cooperative, parent-run organization currently offering programs for children ages 18 months to Grade 6.
We are seeking an RECE or equivalent for a position for potentially 20+ hours/week teaching the Preschool & Beyond Program, the Creative Arts After-School program. There is also a possibility of additional hours in the Toddler program and Afternoon Preschool Program depending on registration numbers.
Salary will be very competitive and based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
- Registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
- Early Childhood Education Diploma or other equivalent educational qualifications
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Licensed Child Care Program
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Up to date immunization record including COVID vaccine.
- Strong organizational skills and administrative skills
- Displays caring, compassionate and respectful attitude towards children and families
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Interest in art and creativity is an asset
